I like that you offer a range of classes at a range of times. Most all of them are included in the cost of membership which gives the clients a better opportunity to find an exercise they like and be healthy. It is also very helpful to have PT as part of it.

You offer just about everything - all inclusive - and reasonably lengthy hours of operation. There is plenty of equipment and the staff is friendly. Also a huge plus that the facilities are well kept.

The trainer listened to everything I had to say and pushed me hard enough but I still didn't feel pressured . I haven't felt looking toward to going to the gym in a long time but I do now
