Cummings location is close to my house. Equipment I like to use the most.
I love how friendly people that work at BAC are. The trainers make themselves approachable and non-intimidating.
I love the classes. I do think there should be some assessment of the group Ex classes. There are definitely some classes members are not liking. Keep the instructors excited and fresh, make sure that they really want to be there because members sense attitudes and class numbers will be down.
I like that the televisions are available on the cardio equipment. I need something to look at or that changes. The staff that I have worked with are friendly. Meridith was especially helpful in helping me find a locker.

Everything! :) Great group exercise classes (I've become a regular for Body Pump, Body Combat, CX Worx, and RPM). Awesome instructors who share information about how and why to use correct form and technique, watch what everyone's doing, give feedback on how we're doing, and offer to answer any questions we have. I can't say enough about how great your group exercise instructors are!!! Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk too.
All the equipment is up to date. The only thing I would recommend is to have the locker room rugs stream cleaned soon.

Friendly, but not phony, staff (like Caitlyn)...genuine, competent people who are role models even tho they are young! Personal training is excellent (Justin). I am so happy to be pushing myself as much or more than ever while remaining free of injuries.

Close to my house, has what I need and never crowded. Ron McKinnon keeps day to day mgmt going smoothly and very good at answering questions especially about staying motivated.

Not harassed by too friendly employees who might say , " where have you been?" Where the intention is nice, however one does NOT need to feel guilty about missing work out days when we feel badly enough ourselves
BAC offers a variety of fitness classes and is reasonably priced. Cheaper than the MAC and more athletic options than the YMCA.
Easy to make an appointment and the stylist took her time and did a fantastic job.
