I enjoy the trainers who teach and monitor your form in performing exercises. I enjoy their knowledge and enthusiasm with their work. I enjoy the variety of classes they offer, as well as the pool. I'm grateful for someone else making protein smoothie when I'm out of frozen fruit! I enjoy the comradely among the trainers as I think they make it fun for everyone, even those who are not their clients.

Hours of operation. I would like 1 extra hour on Saturdays either added to the open ie 6 am or the close ie 7 pm, but other than that I cant complain.
Can't wait for the Sauna to be back in service. You have a great team of trainers and water aerobic instructors! Keep that pool water temp. up and all is good.
I like the trainers, the facility and all it's equipment, I like having a Physical Therapy facility in house. I like and use the Spa for Hair services and Massages. And I like the staff. All great and courteous people! And the location is very easy to get to for me!

Everything is up to date. They even clean the lockers on a regular basis.
