Beautiful facility caring staff
Number one is the staff with their encouragement and helpfulness.
Nice people work there and are members (at least so far it seems that way). It's not crowded at the times I usually am there (mid-morning). And the locker room is clean. And even though I live in Gloucester, I'm happy to drive the extra distance to Beverly instead of settling for the MAC, which I used to belong to and never liked.
The friendly atmosphere. I especially like my trainer, Brandon Lavack. He is the main reason I keep coming back!
Liana did a fantastic job on all aspects: cut, color, blow dry. I like that she made recommendations for a cut that would be more flattering. The price was very fair, and both Liana & Nick were very personable. I am *very* pleased & will definitely be back.
I like how well trained and knowledge the staff is about exercise.
Express Manager Ron Mckinnon was most welcoming and took the time to explain the various plans in a very friendly and non-pressuring manner. I felt very comfortable with his low-key approach. I also like the 24/7 availability of the facility and that the equipment meets my needs. As a newly enrolled member, I look forward to continuing improvement in my physical well-being!

All employees are friendly, Everything is clean, The gym is not packed all the time and I can use the equipment I want, classes are available at convenient times.
BAC is clean and personnel very pleasant and helpful.

Close to home, equipment kept up, bathrooms are cleaner now, Tvs are great on cardio machines and Ron McKinnon is a great manager. He's very informative on all machines and has great interpersonal skills. I love Bac Express.
All the staff is very friendly you are willing to help show people are and I like the idea of the 5 day passes

The gym is very accessible to Cummings park and relatively clean. I do wish the locker room had more space to move around while using the lockers.
I love the variety of classes that BAC provides, especially Zumba.

Annie is great, always listening and focused on your individual needs.
Anne Malloy knows exactly how to treat her clients. She gives an amazing massage,first by hearing your areas of concern and then by finding every "knot" and working them out. You leave feeling absolutely great !
