Everything is up to date. They even clean the lockers on a regular basis.

At the express the machines are newer. It is convenient, next to my work and it has a large area for stretching or weigh training.
Available 24/7, decent amount of equipment, great location, not too expensive (wouldn't complain if it was cheaper, though)
