Very clean, friendly environment . Good location. BAC provides a lot of classes with friendly, energetic well trained staff. Good hours of operation . I really enjoy the women's workout room and the pool.
The equipment is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is at times the showers are dirty and the steam bath SMELLS when running.

Clean and has everything I'm looking for in a gym. If I was to change 1 thing it would be more classes later at night, I have a 2 hour commute to work and it's very difficult to get to the gym before 7:30.
I know there is something broken in the pool area, but the water has been very cold and the water aerobic classes are dwindling in size because of the COLD water.
The sauna area was also closed for way too long.
With that being said, your staff is amazing and that is important.
Clean facilities and a lot of space.
The facility offers many different types of fitness for all levels of ability. The facility is kept very clean.

I love this gym I feel like family. My only issue is sometimes the bathrooms are not that pleasant. I also do mostly classes, however I do hear some talk about some equipment that may stay broken longer than members like... I also hear they wish there were more time varieties for classes... Other than that I love it here, all the great team, instructors and staff.. I consider it a home away from home and am very proud to be a member of the BAC Family...

Friendly staff, equipment up to date,clean
I like the side door because of knee surgery, old age, and a handicapped car stocker.
Many people I know are "Seniors" so I would recommend the side door.
I love the wide range of equipment to choose from and the extremely helpful staff. It doesn't matter what the question is, someone always answers with a smile.
Les Mills exercise classes and the latest equipment to use during these classes. The instructors are great motivators.
Everyone is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
