There is never an issue of the gym being too crowded; all of the staff is friendly. We use the kids playroom and personal training amenities and have been really pleased with these amenities.

I always use the spa and the pool. In the colder weather, I intend to try some of the work out equipment, esp. in the women's room. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

All of the grounds are covered: Weight Training, Physical Therapy, Salon and Spa, Nutrition, and knowledgeable personal, and very easy to get to from anywhere on the North Shore.

I like the convenience of a 24 hour gym. I also appreciate the recent increase in frequency of cleaning; the improvement is noticeable.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I love the childcare services and my kids really enjoy going, which gives me peace of mind knowing that I can workout and not worry about my kids. I also love the Barre classes, especially Ryann's class. She is such a wonderful teacher and is always so happy, positive and motivating.
