The gym is very accessible to Cummings park and relatively clean. I do wish the locker room had more space to move around while using the lockers.
I love the variety of classes that BAC provides, especially Zumba.

All aspects of communication and procedures related to this business are spot on...excellent! Because I am in a service-oriented business as well, I know that it is impossible to maintain 100% customer satisfaction with every individual; having said that, I still would find it difficult to believe that a client would not be satisfied with the final results of the services that they would be receiving from this salon. 5 STARS, hands down!

swimming, convenient time and location after work, body flow classes, locker room amenities,
Group classes. I don't like having to reserve a bike for spin. One night I looked at 9pm and the 5:45 am class was full, wait-listed. I happened to wake up at 4am and decided to check and the class was then open. There is no ability to plan when people cancel last minute. People should be able to be adults and not save seats.
Express Manager Ron Mckinnon was most welcoming and took the time to explain the various plans in a very friendly and non-pressuring manner. I felt very comfortable with his low-key approach. I also like the 24/7 availability of the facility and that the equipment meets my needs. As a newly enrolled member, I look forward to continuing improvement in my physical well-being!
