Group classes. I don't like having to reserve a bike for spin. One night I looked at 9pm and the 5:45 am class was full, wait-listed. I happened to wake up at 4am and decided to check and the class was then open. There is no ability to plan when people cancel last minute. People should be able to be adults and not save seats.
