At the express the machines are newer. It is convenient, next to my work and it has a large area for stretching or weigh training.

I love the ample room you provide me in the mornings to do my thing and the welcoming crowd and environment I see that subliminally provokes me to really try and better myself without the pressure of judgement and failure.
