You all have such a great attitude, and I always know that there will be someone there to help if needed!
I like the friendly greeting I got every time I arrived, the good natured gym rats, seeing the little kids in their play zone , and the (mostly) well functioning equipment.
I suggest that you get one more "old style" stair climber (and keep all of them in good working order) and make more room in the main area -- somehow? -- for stretching (there are times at peak hours when there's no space.
We've moved to NH but if we were still in Beverly, I'd see you soon!

Anne is a fantastic massage therapist. I recommended several people both friends and workmates to her.
She's also quite professional . I had mention that my bathing suits and warming top for the pool had been stolen from the hanging slash drying area of the men's locker room. I had had them there regularly in the past and was disappointed when someone removed them after I'd only been gone for probably 5 days. It was not towards the end of the month and I checked with the front desk and they had not done a cleaning Purge. She had offered to look in the lost and found. She also offered to shift my appointment as I had wanted to swim in the pool first and then see her afterwards. I find this to be quite refreshing and professional on her behalf. I also greatly appreciate the thoughtfulness. Front-end staff was also very helpful. Young man who is quiet with dark hair and Young also help me look through the plastic bag of Lost and Found items. First name removed also ask thoughtful questions and had suggested that it was cleaning time. I did note that there was a lot of junk that was still buy the plastic band including water bottles other shirts and people's under clothing that were still there so I did not think things were thrown out.
Overall I'm delighted with the club.
I do wish that they would try a swim class again to be part of a triathlon training series if there was enough interest.

Availability
The staff are very courteous, there are more than enough machines to work out on, and everything is kept very clean.
Nice little gym in a convenient location. I use it regularly when visiting the area. One small down-side this time - there is a faint, but noticeably unpleasant odor in the men's locker room. A little Lysol would probably clean it up.
It's clean, lots of equipment, no loud music blaring throughout the entire gym, friendly staff, family locker rooms
It's easy in and out and there is always ample parking. If your scheduled for a class the side door pouts you right in the gym and saves time.
It's the total package.
I have a bad knee and it is very helpful not needing to use the stairs. I believe it is a benefit to those who have physical limitations
The gym has just what I need in terms of equipment and I enjoy the low key atmosphere. I am not a fan of large gyms and feel very comfortable here. It is very clean and the locker rooms are great.
