Great equipment, great classes, clean facility
A lot of offerings that would accommodate someone like me who hasn't worked out in years. I do have ally as my personal trainer twice a week, but can do water aerobics on Wednesday evening, and the virtual workouts that are always available. That is important to me as it is all scheduled and so I know what to do when I get there.

Wide variety of services and a very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. One thing to bring to Managements attention, hopefully a small fix - that new water fountain outside the locker rooms - the one for filling up bottles, could you bring back the old one? The new one only pours warm water, if you want cold water, one has to use the fountain upstairs around the corner from the front desk. In this current heat wave, prefer all the fountains to have cold water

I have been a member of the Beverly Athletic Club for at least 25 years. I like the family oriented atmosphere, and all the classes offered to adults as well as children. I always recommended it. It is a great gym that offers many services to its members.

24 access is key. The Express Club is also very clean.

I love going to the salon at BAC. Everyone is so friendly- the prices are great & YANA is the absolute best. I've tried many other local establishments & have never gotten the service that I get at your salon. THANK YOU!

We love BAC - I have memberships for my family as well as my employees. One thing I'd like to point out, though, is that the men's locker room (particularly the shower area) could definitely use a good deep cleaning - it's starting to smell a bit (especially the steam room), and we've noticed that the shower area sometimes seems to go a very long time without being mopped/cleaned. You'll see the same dead bug on the floor in the shower area for weeks, stuff like that. Also, 'Absolutely' is misspelled on the steam room door - stupid feedback, but just something to note next time you re-do the decals. Overall though, we love the place, and the staff is terrific. We also LOVE the lunchtime RPM classes and would take them if you offered them on more days.
I love the BAC I was a memeber when I lived in the area and they made it super easy for me to get a week membership while I was back home on vacation. I always refer friends and family here. Love the upgrades made to the club over the past two years.
