I like Dr User, but the office is disorganized, and the wait times are excessive. Every appointment is at least an hour before seeing the doctor. Unacceptable.

As a new patient and starting a self injecting medication Karen was amazing. She educated me on different forms of the medication as well as easier ways to take the medicine. Karen is very professional, caring, as most importantly treated me like a human and not a number.
