Ever since my diagnosis, Dr. User has been exemplary in his communication. He never gives me any sense of impending doom, and he's very upfront and down to earth with treatment options and strategies. He has been nothing but encouraging ever since my first encounter with him. I could not have asked for a better doctor to tackle this diagnosis.

Dr. Jae Kim is very personable and very professional in his gentle manner during office visits. H doctor was very thorough in his explanation of tests, and how to proceed in my future care.
-The staff, especially Dawn as she greeted me and answered my questions was very professional.

Excellent staff , able to get my medicals records from another state. Doctor user was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with the current health issue. For being a new patient excellent service excellent communication from the receptions to the nurse to the doctor

From check in to check out the office staff was very friendly and helpful and also business like. I did not feel like I was just another patient. Doctor DeFranco was personable and friendly and we had a pleasant conversation about things not related to my health which make you feel like you are not just being pushed in and out.
