I am a long time patient of the Associated Urological group and I saw Ms. Brann for the first time this morning. She was very professional in her treatment and diagnosis and took time to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable in discussing my issues with her.

Dr User is great. In this case we did not have an appt. The appt was cancelled by Dr User as soon as he found out I just had hip replacement surgery July 9. I did not have any detail about what antibiotics my ortho dr. wants me to use for these procedures. Now we know.

Ms. Karen Brann was very cordial and empathetic. She prescribed a medicine for my involuntary urination. Also, she prescribed a CT Urogram of the kidneys, ureters, and bladder. Also, she ordered a cystoscopy of my urinary bladder.
She answered all my questions.

Dr. User Reviewed THE PREVIOUS DOCTOR'S DATA (whom I had only seen a few months earlier) BEFORE HE ENTERED the room. Dr. User was very CRISP, EFFICIENT and did not understand why I was referred to him since I had just seen Dr Kim. He agreed with Dr. Kim's understanding of my health situation. I also did not understand why my PC wanted me to see Dr User.
Perhaps it is because I've started to use absorbent underwear since I urinated in my auto recently and since I last saw Dr. Kim. I had drunk a lot of fluids and had driven a long distance that day. I think I have taken proper steps to prevent further occurrence.
