Karen is a very friendly and approachable person. During my appointment with her, she was very thorough in asking me questions to ensure she had all the relevant information. She made my visits to the office very comfortable and pleasant.

What do you like about Ikechukwu Oguejiofor, M.D. and our office?

The Doctor discussed diagnosis and recommended treatment plan, he actively listens to concerns and addresses them. Most of the staff is friendly, and professional, however front staff receptionist at window on east side of building checked me in, she was not personable or professional, she appeared agitated that we didn’t call to update insurance., mind you this was something we were not aware we had to do. After checking in, I approached her window a second time to ask a question and she got up from her chair and never acknowledged me. The receptionist at the first window was very professional, polite and was able to answer my questions.

Dr. Oguejiofor is great! I can say that because of him, I can continue to enjoy my life with my family. I went through a really scary process and he guided me and my family through it all. I will forever be grateful that he was my urologist. The staff in the office was also very welcoming and efficient. Great team!

Dr. Jae Kim made me feel comfortable about the procedure I was having and throughout the entire process he explained everything so I could understand what was happening and the outcome. He answered my questions without hesitation and is in my opinion a very good doctor I will highly recommend him and the facility. The receptionist was friendly both intake and discharge receptionist. The nurse that I had was very friendly and helpful as well.

Dr.Berger is courteous and friendly.
He provides information in direct manner that allows patient to make an informative decision on course of treatment. Questions called in aftermath of visits via telephone have always been returned.
