Dr. Berger saved my life from prostate cancer by recommending 35 days of traditional treatment in 2013 after my PSA levels began rising following prostate cancer surgery in 2009, performed by another doctor at the University of Illinois Hospital.

Since then, I have visited Dr. Berger annually for prostate cancer check-ups. During my most recent visit on March 25, 2025, Dr. Berger informed me that I am cancer-free based on my recent PSA levels.

A few years ago, Dr. Berger also performed a circumcision to prevent urinary tract infections, and I have not had any issues since.

Additionally, Dr. Berger performed surgery to address my erectile dysfunction, and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Dr. Berger is punctual and always ensures that I am seen on time. I feel comfortable asking any number of health-related questions during my visits.

Dr. Kim is very sweet and personable. He explained everything give me giving me the pros and cons on a treatments available to me if I choose. However, the office staff little short, a little Kurt they didn’t explain anything will at least the MA that took care of me at this appointment bordering on rude. I did not like her. As a nurse since 1972. Her interaction with this patient left a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that, I love Dr. Kim. I love his office. I love his set up. I’ll continue to be his patient but the next time I see her give me somebody else I didn’t even get her name, but it’s I’m sure recorded in the record.
