Dr.DeFranco was kind and genuinely interested in Bernie's health and well being. He was very engaging. We also like MAs, Donna and Ashley who change Bernie's cath every 6 weeks. They make Bernie feel as much at ease as they can during this procedure. She really likes them.

Dr. Berger is thorough in explaining things. He listens and explains all options for treatment and care. The staff is exceptional. I was highly impressed with their level of care and customer service excellence. I feel like I'm in good hands there. It's professional but warm and friendly.

Waiting time seems to be better too.
Dr User looks over his tablet and studies things and ask questions. Answers any questions one may have.
