Excellent staff , able to get my medicals records from another state. Doctor user was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with the current health issue. For being a new patient excellent service excellent communication from the receptions to the nurse to the doctor

From check in to check out the office staff was very friendly and helpful and also business like. I did not feel like I was just another patient. Doctor DeFranco was personable and friendly and we had a pleasant conversation about things not related to my health which make you feel like you are not just being pushed in and out.

They are always on time staff very polite exam rooms are very clean. Before the nurse does anything they explain what they are going to do and why. Dr Defranco shows he really cares about his patients
