I love that Dr. Kim is so patient and explains everything the fact that he is not rushing you out of room he makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Kim to all my family and friends. That staff should be more welcoming.

Reasonable wait times. Dr User has common sense answer and will not push something on you that you don,t need. SW side of Chicago is lacking in medical facilities. Dr. User's location on SW Highway is easy to access.

Dr. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable, nice and caring. He always explains and answers my questions in detail and discusses plan of care.
The office is clean and all the staff are approachable and treats you with respect.
