Regarding his staff, everybody does their best to ensure your visit is done in a timely fashion (which isn’t always easy because Dr User spends quality time with each patient, addressing questions and concerns). The staff is also cordial and professional as well.
His mannerism and frankness
Dr Brann was very thorough, listened to my concerns and sent prescription in making it available to pick up on the way home. I called for an appointment and received a call back to see her the next day. I have been a patient at the Palos office since 2015 and have always received excellent service. The staff is great.

I want to take the time to tell the ofc personally and Dr. Kim about how you were able to accommodate me and my momma even though we were late. Traffic today was unbelievably delayed with the interstate traffic's issues and what not. As always appreciate the time Dr Kim take to answer my elderly momma's questions even though they have been repeat questions. :( But I truly appreciate you making it work for my mom and I despite the issues we presented you today.
