Seeing Dr. User was a pleasure.

However, the check in process could be improved.

Upon checking in, the nurse at the front desk asked me if I completed the precheck in form sent to me. I told her that no such form was sent to me. She said that sometimes they send them and sometimes they don't.

I wish that they would have because the form takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete and there were some items I could not complete because data to complete them was at my house. I also missed a couple of nurse call ins because I was not completed with the check in form.

Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor. He is willing to listen and answer all your questions. I have never felt rushed during an appointment.
