Dr.Ike is very concerned and professional about what he does!! He always asks questions to ascertain how I’m actually doing and what are my concerns. For prostate issues he is the Man you want to handle your surgery. He removed my prostate in June of 2018 and 7years later PSA levels are non- detectable and I’m cancer free. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM…DON’T SAY YOU WASN’T TOLD

I am grateful to achieve my psa was very very high ? And after Dr Aaron Begers and Dr Varangian.l was able to have my Spaatz 0.01which is great. So l would highly recommend both Doctors?

I like Dr. Kim very much. I am not overly fond of how the rest of the office operates. Other than Dr. Kim who is very friendly and kind, the other members of the staff aren't particularly friendly. Kindness and helpfulness does not seem to be a priority. Private conversations and laughing among coworkers in front of patients is cofusing for the patient and makes it seem that the patient is nothing more than something the office workers need to tolerate. As much as I like Dr. Kim, I have often thought about going to a different doctor simply because of the unfriendliness and rudeness of many of the staff at this office.

What do you like about Herbert User, MD and our office?

he’s very straight forward explains everything so I can understand my condition and the methods to proceed with care. Dr. User is empathetic and knowledgeable with my medical history and treats all my needs to include being in contact with my other doctors.
The care team again is caring and knowledgeable, explaining exactly what is needed for tests etc… Great practice.
