Dr.User was very nice to me. When I was late arriving he still took me in. He. Is a very excellent and kind doctor.
The young Spanish receptionist was not to kind told me to be on time next time, I said yes mam. LoL.

This office, to me, is efficient and very patient friendly. Most of the time the patient is called very close to their appointment time. Questions are answered and you don't feel rushed. These are all big plusses for me!

It's not an Advocate run doctor office. They are cold and uncaring.
Dr. Defranco and the staff is great. Friendly, answers any questions. This is how a doctors office should run, plus Dr. Defranco had me as a patient for years.
