Staff is always helpful, and listens to my problem/concern. I am in my 60's and often encounter sales people at other athletic-type stores that seem to think that my age means I don't need to be listened to. I never have a problem with that at Trek-Cottonwood Heights.

The Trek Bike I bought rode the best out of all other brands that I tested over the last month. My Salesman Mike Taylor was also by far the best. He got me into something I really wanted. He's also just a great guy. And lastly the store was above all others as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought my first bike and Tim made the experience feel like a kid getting his first bike on Christmas and buying your first car at the same time! I appreciate his help and how he took care of me.
