Wes at the Issaquah Trek store is amazing!! I recently bought a new bike.He ordered the color I wanted and called as soon as they received/built it. He explained all the features including the app to download for updates, helped with the seat fit and accessories. Wes is friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable! He His service is exceptional! Would highly highly recommend Wes and everyone at this location!

Talk about a team/staff that goes out of their way for the customer. I was in search of the perfect bicycle, and all the members (not the manager) of the team at Trek in Westlake/Thousand Oaks went out of their way to find me the perfect bike and keep me informed throughout each and every step. The initial bike I got, an XL Verve 3, ended up being too big for my 6'1 frame. Suggestions were made and all of the suggested were based on what my needs were; I never felt that an attempt was made to sell me something that I did not need. Almost each day, a team member reached out to me with an update. In the end, a low-bar L Verve 2 seemed to be what was perfect for me. The team now has my pervious bike and the new one. They will take all the accessories off of the 3 and put them on the 2. Can't wait to pick up my new bike tomorrow and ride into the sunset. Thank you, Trek! All of you, you have been amazing. I wish every business out there was as professional and polite as you.
