Courteous and knowledgeable service
Excellent customer service. I had reservations when this bicycle shop went “corporate “, but my concerns have since subsided. I have seen them service various makes and models of bikes. Electric, acoustic, gravel, road, mountain, cruisers, etc. They cover all the bases and Trek Gig Harbor still feels and operates as our local bike shop. Friendly, personal and always helpful.
I needed a new seat for my bike and found a good replacement. The guys put it in right away and I was on my way! Great store with nice selection of bikes and accessories. Thanks!
Very friendly experience, I was consulted before extra charges were incurred, and I know that on my side I was hard to reach. I came in on the first day as they were closing shop, as well as called a few days later after closing hours. I was received with kindness and patience each time. I really appreciated this flexibility and this willingness to go above and beyond. Obviously want to be respectful of their time and their life as well, but this kind of interaction definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you!

Came in to try out frame sizes for a domane. Had a great experience, love my new bike.
I thought the communication was great and the work on my bike was awesome. I’m thinking about bringing my two other bikes in before I put them away for winter.

The repair representative was so helpful. My older Trek mountain bike needed a small adjustment to tighten a brake and cleaning of the chain, and he was super flexible about doing this quickly (within the 30 minute meter timeframe!) and reasonably.Any time I've visited the shop, the service has been fast and the staff has always offered expert help.
