I like both the products and the service. I just think that the location on 82nd Ave. is not great. They would do much better in the Milwaukie Marketplace. Planet Fitness would be a close neighbor and there are plenty of bike riders in the area.

I really enjoyed the service Delaney provided us and he was super knowledgeable about all the products and what would be the best options for us. I'm huge on customer service & memorable people help retain customers. I was sad to hear that he was not going to be working there anymore so I'm at a catch 22. I don't see or understand how the Trek team would let someone that is so passionate about the products and the level of customer service he provided is unheard of in these times. I honestly may not return when he's gone but I seriously do not understand the logic there. I wish Delaney the best on his new adventure. What a true mistake it is to let him go. If this is the logic I might not be back. I say keep him on and let him continue to share his love, knowledge and passion with us as customers!
