Great customer service. Lance described in detail what my bike needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix. The crew at the shop are all proficient at their jobs and seem happy to be there. It’s also nice to be greeted by name when I walk in the door

Bob raised my bike on a rack and looked over everything. I bought a new inttertube. He gave me a ballpark as to when I should bring it in again to replace chain and maybe tires. I appreciate the safety inspection and will bring the bike back at the right time.
Service did a great job. Very detail oriented, told me the status of all my components but did not pressure me on anything. I got a service 2 cleaning and fixed a flat. Also got new break pads. Great attitudes and customer service.

I was helped quickly with my bike. All work was done ASAP and I was treated as a valued customer although I seldom visit the store.
I went in looking at adding a gravel bike to my stable. Alex took me around and explained the differences between my options and what would matter most for the type of terrain I'd be riding in. My top two options were the TREK CHECKPOINT and the SPECIALIZED DIVERGE. After riding both, I went with the Checkpoint because I liked it more, but also because of the the service and attention afforded to me by Alex and the guy who did my post sale bike prep. Sometimes great service is the tipping point, and it absolutely made a difference in this case. And I love my new bike!

Everyone here is very professional and personable, As a woman, it is rare to find a shop that does not talk down to me or does not treat me as a knowledgeable consumer. From the salespeople in the front to the service people in the back, everyone is respectful and kind.
