#1 is John T. His great customer service was right on the money for me. I had just had my bike stolen and so I was a bit upset. John smoothly asked my height and where I usually rode. He directed me to the bike I purchased. I originally went in just to look and price bikes. #2 Great shop customer service. I went in the next day for seat adjustments. A tech team member overheard my problem and walked over and fixed the problem. Thank you all for helping me find a bike that I really enjoy riding.

The gentleman that assisted me and my girlfriend was quite knowledgeable and also willing to help locate a bicycle part that I could not locate. He found the part at another store and had it shipped in then called to let me know it had arrived. This type of customer service is rare in today’s world. Thank you

Everyone here is very professional and personable, As a woman, it is rare to find a shop that does not talk down to me or does not treat me as a knowledgeable consumer. From the salespeople in the front to the service people in the back, everyone is respectful and kind.
