I had purchased my Verve e-bike in SOMA, but after bringing it home, it needed adjustment and being able to bring it back there for adjustments, I waited until the Berkeley store reopened. As soon as it was opened, I rode over, and it is closer to my home than it's previous location! Alex, took care of me and my bike making all the changes that needed to be done, and I walked out a very satisfied long-term client.

The tubes I bought were what fits best of all the other tubes. 28-32 for both types of tires that I use. I'm interested in getting a new seat and they were very helpful so I can make the correct discision.

Trek is a quality brand. Have had a Trek bicycle for 30 years and still ride it. The employees are engaged in the product and the service techs are open to discussing your issues.
