The staff have always been very helpful and readily make themselves available to answer questions. They have always provided immediate mechanical assistance when I pop in with an issue. Trek bikes and equipment are an excellent product as I have owned several Trek bikes over the years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends.

The bikes are great and there is something for everyone. Trek has the best customer service and Matt and his staff do a great job; they have for me over the last 5 years. They also have a great selection of everything from clothes to maintenance items. If something does not work properly they work on it until they solve the problem. They are friendly and go the extra mile.
Best bike service in the area! As a competitive triathlete, I often bring my bike for last minute bike tune ups, tire changes (or complete bike check post crash). Every single time, my bike is in perfect condition when I get her back. Overall, staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, always responsive and always able to find a solution for even custom (non-Trek) bike issues! Thank you for all the support. I really appreciate it.

I had a special problem to solve about the way I transport my bike in my car. The bike mechanic took interest and walked out to the parking lot to understand my problem. A few minutes later he solved my problem at no charge!!
