I recently had our two road bikes serviced at Trek Palm Desert. I was able to book the service ahead of time and they were very friendly and helpful when I checked them in and they did a great job on the service. They asked me lots of questions about the bikes and made some good suggestions for the service without overselling me any things I didn't need. When I picked them up they were again very friendly and went through everything they did and they even took them for a test ride. I'll be back!

Bought two Trek bikes at the Westlake location. Staff is always helpful. The bikes are great (of course) and I've used their maintenance and repair services. If you're a serious biker, this is the shop.
