Your technician was great!!! Nathan was prompt, careful in his work and he did a good job. Your pet stains treatment cost is very high chg'd on a per room basis. It looked best immediately after treatment, but I knew these spots were old and had a history of retuning, which was the case upon drying. I will wait U til there is more experience with the product to make up my mind in total about the treatment value. It was also easy to get an appt. Our home was scheduled within a week of my I itial call.

We are impressed! We had carpets cleaned yesterday by two technicians from Zerorez. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and careful to protect doorways, corners, and hard floors from damage. And really nice guys as well. Carpets feel and smell like new.
I cannot believe the usual carpet issues of leftover residue do not exist this time!! We will be using them again. Pet stains are gone.
