Alex did a great job of explaining, word hard at meeting are request was professional. Went out of his way to dry our carpet. My only concerns is it feels like some areas have a film or residue in carpet .. does not feel fresh and clean free of chemicals???? I rub my hand trough it and I have to wash it afterwords???

The man that cleaned my carpets was so professional and knowledgable. Really appreciated that after he had totaled my bill I added stain protector and he added it on and went ahead and did it.

Genuinely kind employees who are informative and passionate about the products and services ZeroRez offers. Would recommend to capitalize the "R" in "Rez" when written in body copy, as it looks like "zeroroses" rather than "ZeroRez." Just a thought for easier brand recognition. :)
