I like that the carpet feels very clean afterward. I had Zerorez clean my carpet a couple of years ago, also, and it has stayed remarkably clean.

I admire your company for giving women a chance to learn the Trade so to speak and actually do what typically has been a male dominated profession. Very comfortable with Shauna in our home. The product was phenomenal. I had some doubt about the carpets getting cleaned but even the toughest stains seemed to just disappear. Great product.
The technician I had was wonderful... friendly, helpful, and not pushy about any additional services. I did ask his opinion on a few areas and decided on a pet treatment and carpet protector. The floors in my home look great now!

The man who cleaned the carpet (Tony) I think, was very kind, knowledgeable. He explained the procedure and got to work. The carpet looks and smells great. He was very efficient and cleaned all three rooms in 1 1/2 hours. I have already told 4 people about your services.`

The carpet feels softer than with prior cleanings. The protectant actually causes liquid to bead up and not absorb into the carpet. The service tech was polite and mannerable.
I was very pleased with how well my carpet looked after Jared treated and cleaned them. I was nervous about having someone come in and see my carpet as they hadn't been professionally cleaned for about 3 years and I have multiple pets. Jared was very personable, understanding and easy to talk to about how to take care of my carpet. I not only like your product but your customer service is extraordinary! Jared is a great representative for Zerorez!! I will definitely be requesting him to return next year to clean them again.
