I would suggest being upfront on the prices when you do an over the phone quote. Was quoted $150 when I called in and after they showed up and explained all the products and the warranty would be void if you didn't buy them, it went up to $370. Just wish I would have been aware of all the up sale before they showed up.
We liked how fast the process goes and how the carpet isn't saturated afterwards.
The carpets looked really good and I liked how quickly everything dried out.

Your technician, Shauna, really understands what "customer service" is all about, she really takes her job serious!!! I had her do two locations and she really worked hard, with great results! She is also a great "people person"! ........ she would make a great trainer!

Shauna was an excellent service provider. Her expertise and work were very professional. I already recommended her to my sister. Our carpets felt soft and clean after she was finished. All of the spots were gone after her cleaning process.
The gentleman performing our carpet cleaning was very professional. I was actually able to meet him at our house and couldn't say enough good things about him. Very personable, well mannered, and always looking out for our best interest. He even try to up sale me two different times. He wasn't overbearing in his approach, and was once again looking out for our best interest. I haven't seen the carpet yet, but if they're anything like this his costumer service, I know we won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend you keep this gentleman on your staff!

Good except the cleaning in my daughter's room is not as good as we first thought. We paid extra to have the stain drawn out of the pad. The stains are back after just a week.

The representative that came to the house Chris Tamez was very professional, answered all my questions. After he was done cleaning it looked like new carpet. It would of been nice to have a second person so they could move a bit heavier furniture.
