My carpet wasn't too wet which was great. It took care of the one pet damaged area which we hadn't been able to solve ourselves, I actually thought the price was fair and that was probably my biggest concern before calling you. I am in sales and i know how much advertising costs. You guys advertise a ton so i know that is extremely expensive. Obviously that gets passed on somewhere, but I didn't actually find your price to be that much different from the traditional carpet cleaners. Finally, I thought your service tech was really good. Nice guy, no pressure, did his job really well and was generally sincere about his job. Actually, a great experience. Nice job Zerorez.
