Our tech was Chris, he is very knowledgeable about the products, very efficient and a hard worker. We initially set up to have the carpets cleaned, however when he got there I was questioning him about other services they offer. A lot of employees would resort to having you call the office and schedule the additional service, but Chris encouraged us to go ahead and have the dining room chairs cleaned (if it was in our budget)while he was there.

Friendly, professional service. We loved being able to see pictures of our duct work before and after the service was completed. The tech was also great about cleaning up before he left (we had a cold air return that wasn't actually connected to anything-found out as he was cleaning it!)
