We had an area rug that was badly stained. Jared, the technician explained the process very well and told me that there was a strong possibility that the stains would not come out. I decided to have him try. Unfortunately, the stains are still visible. I knew this was a chance I was taking. I also had him clean a white sofa. The result is stunning!, it looks like new. I could not be more pleased. Jarred was very polite and professional. I would certainly like to have him clean some other items for me in the future.

I liked that the carpets were cleaned well and there was no residue left after the cleaning. I liked that it dried quick and the service person did a good job of making sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. He pointed out any areas that were not adequately cleaned due to staining not in his control.
