That they are natural and do not use soaps or chemicals. But what MADE your product great was the super-friendly employees that were sent to my house for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning. They were absolutely the most pleasant individuals I have ever had at my house to do any type of work.

The speedy and thorough work. Our zerorez associate was at our house within 5 minutes of calling and was done with 3 areas in an hour.
We could not have been more pleased with the carpet cleaning. Your tech, Shauna Shestak, couldn't have been better at explaining what needed to be done and then making it happen! She was able to bring the majority of the areas back to original and we couldn't be happier. There were a couple of problem areas due to our dog, but she explained what needed to be done. She's terrific and I will definitely ask for her in the future. She did a fantastic job for us. She is a huge asset for your company and needs to be recognized as such.

The chemicals used were non toxic. The use of just the right amount of water set to a certain heat level was perfect to get all the stains removed. Scott recommended only the services I needed and I was not pressured in anyway to add on any additional services.
