Fantastic work! Our technician arrived on time, was incredibly polite and careful with our household. He did a stellar job getting stains out of our carpet that others had not been able to get out. We were charged what we were quoted. We will 100% use Zerorez again.

I like the "no chemical, all natural" approach to cleaning carpets, and that no soap is left behind to attract dirt again.
I was very impressed with their "satisfaction goal." When the first technician did not correctly apply and did not rake in the scotch guard and left some dirty areas, they sent another technician. The second tech cleaned up ALL the remaining spots and raked in the scotch guard thoroughly.

I'm going to have another sofa cleaned soon! I'm grateful to be able to purchase the powder which makes a spot cleaner for spills that happen all too regularly at our house. I like the pre-treatment with the special spray because I feel that starts to break down odor and oils in order to have them removed more thoroughly. It did not smell as much like oranges this time compared to last time though. Did something change?
