Your employee was very prompt and explained everything he was going to do. I have never used your company before but u was very happy with the outcome of my carpet.
However, the truck that your service guys used was a piece of crap. It was leaking oil and he did tell us that. He put down a piece of cardboard under the truck to protect our driveway, but we still got oil on the driveway.
Maybe you should maintain your equipment better.
