The technician was outstanding. He worked really hard and did a great job. He also called me the next day to see if the carpet buckling subsided.
My place had a fresh clean smell. The carpet felt clean and had a fluff to it. The pet odor blocker that was used in my home worked. Our puppy did not go back to her places she frequently sniffed before.
I had them do my spa as well. My spay tan room has carpet in it. They were able to get up 95% of the over spray on the first visit. The room the massages are done in, they were able to get all the oil out of the carpet.
The gentleman that came to do the carpets was great. He was thrall in all the rooms and took his time to do a good job. Not to mention Knowledgeable with the services they offer. When I asked him to hit a few spots again before he wrapped up the job at my spa he did without fuss.
I will be using them again!
Our carpet always looks brand new after a cleaning. We have used Zerorez for years and have never been disappointed in the service or the person who has done the job. Cameron was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We will continue to use Zerorez in the future.
Zerorez does a great job of getting stains out of carpet without making the carpet overly saturated with water. They will also come back if you are not satisfied with the service, or if something needs additional attention.

You’re very efficient and click the hat of your gonna need it by three. They are gonna come early if you want them to I don’t know that. All the employees are super nice very knowledgeable, honey. I should talk to you appropriately and never with me being unhappy and go above and beyond and always have, I will never stop using them And I use them for about the last 5 to 10 years 10 years. They are great and there was so great. I a big posting in Facebook.

They do such a great job! I have 3 dogs - one is a puppy who refuses to go outside to do her business if it rains. She picked a spot at the bottom of our stairs, unbeknownst to us, instead. This company does such a fabulous job that with 3 dogs, my house does not smell like "dog". They show that they really care and know how to make your carpets smell like new!
