Took a little longer to dry, but Mason G went over the area rug twice, so my guess is that is why it took longer. Otherwise, the rug looks great and am happy with the treatment Mason put on it because of the dogs and all things they can do to it!
The technician was extreamly knowledgeable and friendly, and on time. The carpets look and smell great. We will be coming back for another cleaning in the future.

Great value! Made a huge difference! Technician was prompt, super super kind, and altogether just great. Would absolutely recommend this service to anyone with mild to moderately dirty carpets. (Our carpets are only 1.5 years old but we have 2 dogs and two young children, so they’re a mess, though in great shape all together.)
