I like the pre-treatment with the special spray because I feel that starts to break down odor and oils in order to have them removed more thoroughly. It did not smell as much like oranges this time compared to last time though. Did something change?

The service technician that cleaned our carpets was fantastic. He was very careful and went out of his way to do a great job. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. The carpets look great, and he spent extra time on some stains from spills. It was an excellent experience and we will use Zerorez again.

I like the "no chemical, all natural" approach to cleaning carpets, and that no soap is left behind to attract dirt again.
I was very impressed with their "satisfaction goal." When the first technician did not correctly apply and did not rake in the scotch guard and left some dirty areas, they sent another technician. The second tech cleaned up ALL the remaining spots and raked in the scotch guard thoroughly.
