Client Testimonials
Chris was very professional and did an outstanding job.
I like how no harsh chemicals are used and they do a great job!
Excellent job cleaning my carpets! Pete B was very professional and exceeded my expectations!
Shawna was a great representative for zerorez. My carpet looked brand new again, even when I thought my teenage son destroyed it. I would reccomend zerorez to anyone if they want top quality carpet cleaning.
Great customer service especially from my tech. Answered all my questions, was fair worth the price, and even helped me prep the rooms!
Shauna with Zerorez came out and cleaned my carpet in my front room/living room. We did have to combat some urine issues. She was amazing, and explained everything very throughly. We did a pad extraction for the trouble spot and a standard cleaning for the rest of the room. So far from what we've noticed it completely took care of the smell and it even took out most of the discoloration. I could not be happier with the service I recieved. Of course combatting urine stains/smells is more costly, but I'd happily pay to have Zerorez do it again if I needed (hopefully we won't, but still)! Thank you Shauna, you were wonderful!
The service technician was great. Very friendly. Awesome to have a woman clean our carpet and rugs :)
Professional service and amazing results!
Fast and efficient, no harsh smells or chemicals, rejuvenated our old, dirty carpets
Reasonably priced. Professional service
Great results, professional technician. The tech did almost the entire house and was only there for 2 hrs, which is very fast iny opinion.
Zero Rez did a great job and service person was very friendly.
It does a good job and it 's done quick.
My tech Chris did a great job! Explained everything he would do, explained the options and associated costs, and left our carpet looking fantastic. Asked about my USAF service and then gave me a military discount. That was unexpected and very welcomed. We'll use Zerorez the next time.
Carpet is clean and fresh. Good job!
Too soon to tell the benefits of no soap but so far satisfied with carpets and service.
