First off, the carpet looks great after being cleaned by Zerorez. But the level of service that Eddie provided was phenomenal. I felt 100% at ease with him in my house, and 100% satisfied that he did the best job possible. His appearance, communication skills, and pride in his work all contributed to a great experience overall. Too bad I can't hire him for all the other work that needs done on the house! That is it all natural, "green" for today. Service was excellent, very nice, polite, helpful. He was done under 1 hour!!! Loved it!! Had mold on carpet and it came right now. Most spots you couldn't even see, except for the high traffic area. Christine Warren
