I like that the chemicals you use are not harmful to pets. We have 3 German Shepherds so it would be hard to keep them off the carpet for 24 hours. But we did not have to worry about them getting sick.

I loved th phone call telling me about the condition of our carpet.
Our service technician was very nice, although there were a couple of spots that she failed to point out and we had to contact zerorez to schedule another time for them to come out. The company was fast to respond to our concerns.

I liked being called 20 -30 minutes before the company arrived. I like how fast the carpets dry, with fans assisting. I loved Eddie! He was very professional and explained everything he offered and was going to do and explained how the cleaning system works. He answered all my questions. Before he left he made sure to ask if I had any more questions or concerns. I would have pick a 10 but I want to use you at least one more time so I can fairly compare you to the other companies we have used. Definitely a 10 for Eddie.

The carpet looks great and has a new texture to it, back to fluffy and soft.

exactly what I was getting for my service. Helped me understand the process
and how it benefited me. There were facts about the process that I didn't know
that will help me keep the carpet in good shape for many years.

He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and was very careful to protect the wall corners from possible damage with the hose. I have always wanted to use Zerorez but must admit I was little skeptical if the only product used for their carpet cleaning was high powered water and nothing else. I was not sure that the use of water alone was going to be enough to get rid of the stains in my carpet. The stairs in my home are the worst because this is a very high traffic area in my home. After the winter months the carpet on my stairs really gets soiled and stained the worst. When the technician arrived before getting started I was asked to walk through my home and point out the areas of my carpet that were a big concern to me. The technician that came to my home was very professional and through when cleaning the areas of my carpet that I had pointed out that were the worst. I have had other companies come into my home and clean my carpet and always I have to have them come back out because the carpet on my stairs after drying I could still see stains. When the technician was all done, I was asked to come and inspect the carpet and if there were any areas that I was not satisfied with offered to go over them again. After I inspected my carpet I was very pleased with the end result. Also when the carpet dried on my stairs I could not see any stains at all. I was very pleased with the outcome of my carpet cleaning and I will definitely use this company again.
Liked the fact the company called to let me know that they may be a little late, due the truck breaking down. The crew still arrived on time and was very professional.
