After Shauna was done everything looked great. The grout was unbelievably clean. It has been now over 24 hours that she was here and my wife did notice a couple old urine stains coming back. These stains are 10 years old though so we are still quite happy.
I like the fact that no soap is used in the process. The young man that performed the work was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
