from the time I call to make an appointment to the tech completing the service the work the care are spot on tremendous. I wish I had taken a photo of the rug before, I was watching 4 fur-babies for two weeks, needless to say we had a few accidents, some muddy paws....and two weeks of shedding...oh my. I was all most embarrassed to even have the carpet cleaned. I though I would give it a try... Shauna S. is my hero. She walked through the procedure she was going to do, and in hardly no time she showed us the carpet. Goodness I was flabbergasted. The carpet was back to normal...Serious I was going to redo my carpet that's how bad it was, but she renewed it.. Yes I would call again and again, and I do recommend Zerorez. so if you need a remarkable tech,,,they're all terrific I have a fav. Shauna. Thank you

The person who came was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the process used to clean the rugs. The next time I use Zerorez I would want to use her. I feel any one else would a step down. She was very very good.
As a side, I have an issue with requesting service through the web site. When I was trying to figure the amount of service I needed, the choice of square feet offered did not fit any that I needed to clean. I chose the 3 room option but had no idea the size of 3 rooms you would clean for that price. It was explained to me later the the minimum service charge was $129 and that the three room would clean over 600 square feet. I would like to see explanation stated on your web site that $139 would clean x square feet and an explanation how you would charge for additional square footage. This would help me figure out what the charges would be in advance so I can budget accordingly.
Your products did what no other carpet cleaner has done. The carpet in the master bath and bedroom are 19 years old with pet and other spots. Austin got most of them out and the carpet looks great.
We will be calling you again.

Job well done, service men are always polite, and no one tries to sell me anything extra.
Wanted to give Eddie a 10. I was planning on getting Level 2 program and he suggested going level 1. We could see the "soap" residue from a enzyme I used on pet stains. Now I can still feel a residue, granted my fault. But I was prepared to pay the extra to "flood" the area and extract, now I wish I would have insisted. Now will have to reschedule, take time off work etc. We could have been easier to do it right the first time.

After hearing great things about Zerorez I called with a “We really need the couch cleaned today Emergency” They originally said I’d have to wait through the weekend to get an appt, but had a technition offer to take the job at the end of her route. On a Saturday late afternoon mind you. When she showed up she was awesome. Treated my couch as of it was her own. Basically put herself in a customers shoes and it was not an easy job to clean up. I’m sure the technicians have to clean all sorts of messes up, but she truly acted like it was no big deal. Easy peasy. I came to check on her often and she always had a smile on her face. She was down to business but also was able to talk to me and answered every question I had. She Worked hard through the heat for probably 2 long hours to make sure my cushions were clean and sanitized. And left them as clean as she’d want them in her own house. She had a great attitude about having to work late on a Saturday night when there was other things she could have been enjoying her time doing. Would most definitely recommend zerorez and Shauna for sure!
Safe yet removes stains
Shauna was very thorough with the carpets in our office. She got out stains that someone else that was here did not get out. Would highly recommend her!
