Great customer service, very prompt, courteous , My carpets look almost new considering they are 20 years old, very fresh looking, does not have the sticky feeling that other carpet cleaners leave behind when they use soap. My appointment was scheduled between 8;30 -10am, they called at 8:30 and was here within 20minutes, They do a great job, I have already recommended them to others
