Technician was great. Unfortunately the stains were pretty bad in my daughter's room. So, looked beautiful while he was here, but some of them came back after the carpet dried.

I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals involved. I was able to see pricing online and upfront without waiting for someone to get back to me. I was also able to schedule online immediately afterwards. The was ample availability for an appointment. The technician was both professional and friendly.
